Jane Crane is middle aged – it can be hard to turn from established and familiar routines when you hit 45 or 50 (we want to be sensible about pensions and retirement plans) but she has taken up the challenge of the unjust treatment of women and made it her mission. Jane is the founder of “Adopt a Widow,” which helps African widows learn a skill to support themselves and their children in a one-year program while experiencing emotional healing.
